What we can help with
A template that doesn’t work. If a bio gets cut off when you paste it, or a border breaks onto an extra line, tell us which one and we’ll fix or replace it. Include the template name or a link, and say whether you’re on desktop or a phone.
Symbols showing as empty boxes. That’s usually a font missing on your device rather than a broken template. Send your device and browser and we’ll swap the symbol for one with wider support.
A style you want. Describe the mood, or paste an example of the look you mean. Requests that come up more than once usually get their own category.
Using our templates elsewhere. Copy any of them, edit them, put them anywhere. No permission needed and no credit required.
Business and press. Partnerships, advertising and interview requests all go through the same form. Pick the business topic so it reaches the right place.
What we can’t help with
Anything to do with your Discord account. We’re not Discord and we have no access to accounts. For a locked account, a ban, or a billing problem, contact Discord Support directly.
We will never ask for your Discord login. Not your password, not a token, not a QR scan. Anyone who does is trying to steal your account, and that includes anyone claiming to be us.
Recovering a bio you replaced. Discord doesn’t keep a history of your About Me. Paste your old one somewhere safe before you overwrite it.
How fast we reply
Most messages get an answer within two working days. Template fixes are usually quicker, because they’re a small change on our side. If a week passes without a reply, check your spam folder before writing again — our reply may be sitting in it.
Reporting a problem well
The messages we can act on fastest tend to include four things:
- What you were doing.
- What you expected to happen.
- What happened instead.
- Your device and browser.
“The copy button does nothing on iPhone Safari” gets fixed far faster than “it’s broken”. A screenshot helps, and you can link one in the form’s link field.
