About Us

Discord gives you 190 characters to say who you are, and no tools to help you use them. No formatting menu, no fonts, no preview. Most people open the About Me box, type “hi”, and never touch it again.

That’s the gap this site fills. Discord Bio Template is a free library of ready-made About Me layouts, paired with an editor that shows your bio on a real Discord profile card while you type. Pick a layout, swap in your details, copy, paste. It takes about two minutes and no account.

What we offer

A library that’s actually been counted. There are over 1,200 templates here across 35 categories. Every single one fits inside Discord’s 190-character limit, with room left for your own words. That sounds obvious until you try pasting layouts from a typical “best bio templates” list and find half of them are 300 characters long and get cut off.

A live profile preview. The card next to the editor renders your bio the way Discord does, on the same dark background, with the same markdown handling. You see the finished result before you commit it to your profile, rather than pasting, saving, refreshing and checking.

Tools built into the editor. Unicode letter styles, symbols, kaomoji, decorative frames and a searchable emoji picker all work directly on your bio text. Restyle the whole thing in one tap, or select one word and change only that.

Categories, not one giant list. Gaming, music, anime, study, couples, matching pairs for two friends, and around thirty more. The All tab mixes them if you’d rather browse than choose.

How our templates are made

Every template here is written in-house. We study the layout patterns that work on Discord — where the name line sits, how dividers frame a bio, how a stat block or a music-player layout is built — and then write original text inside those structures. We don’t copy bios from other sites or from users’ profiles.

Each one is checked against three rules before it ships:

  1. It fits in 190 characters, counting spaces, line breaks and emoji.
  2. It renders cleanly on a real profile card, on desktop and on a phone, without a border breaking onto an extra line.
  3. Its blanks are obvious, so you know exactly what to replace.

Templates that fail any of those get rewritten or dropped. The library grows as we add new styles, and layouts that no longer render well get fixed.

Your privacy

Nothing you type is sent anywhere. The editor runs entirely in your browser. Your bio, your display name, the avatar you preview with — none of it reaches our servers, and none of it is stored.

No account, ever. There’s no sign-up, no email, no login wall in front of any template.

Favourites stay on your device. When you heart a template, that list is saved in your own browser, not in an account.

Free with no limits. Copy as many templates as you want, edit them, use them for anything. We don’t charge, and we don’t hold templates back behind a paywall.

Who runs this site

We’ve worked on text and Unicode tools for several years, which is where the font styles, symbol sets and kaomoji collections in the editor come from. The same care goes into this one: the goal is a tool that loads fast, works on a phone, and doesn’t waste your time.
